On Saturday, September 7th, IBEW Local 124 hosted their annual Family Cookout on their Picnic Grounds in South Kansas City. The Families of both local and traveling members working in and around Kansas City Jurisdiction enjoyed great barbecue by the IBEW Local 124 award winning Barbecue team and street tacos hand made by local members. The children were treated to the local’s pool, bouncy houses, inflatable mazes, and a dunk tank. Music was provided by several local bands that had guest dancing way into the night. Local 124 would like to thank all who attended and give a special thank you to the volunteers that made the event memorable.
