Teamsters Local 41 Stewards are the backbone of our local! Stewards monitor and enforce the collective bargaining agreement that has been negotiated between the union and management at their workplace. They advocate for their Teamster co-workers by investigating workplace issues and bringing concerns and formal grievances to management’s attention. Our steward brothers and sisters are leaders who wear many hats and play a critical role in building the strength of our local. Local 41 celebrated these Teamsters at the annual Steward Holiday Party on December 7th, 2024!
